Recipe: Slime Smoothie (Mango, Pineapple, Spinach)

Green Smoothie - Mango Pineapple Spinach (Slime Smoothie)


  • 4 cups spinach
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup water


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender (see note)

Note: If using a standard blender, allow the fruit to thaw for 15-20 minutes before blending and add more water as needed.
