Recipe: Vegan Sweet Green Smoothie

Have you ever tried a green smoothie that tasted like grass? Unfortunately, I have. Thankfully, this isn’t one of those dreaded grasslike beverages. If you’re new to the world of green smoothies, start out with 2-3 cups of baby spinach and work your way up to more over time. Use your favourite frozen fruit or fruit blend for this recipe. For added sweetness, add in some pineapple, more banana, or a few dates. This green smoothie is sweet, creamy, and delicious! It’s even kid approved and omnivore approved! Let me know if you give it a try!
