These tofu bites are vegan, oil free, and a cinch to throw together! My smoky tofu bites are made using only 4 ingredients: extra firm tofu, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast, and panko bread crumbs. They are simple to make and are ready in the air fryer in 10 minutes! Dip them into your favourite sauce, and enjoy them alongside rice or potatoes with your favourite vegetables.






Easy Smoky Tofu Bites (Vegan, Oil Free)

Ingredients
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 1 Tbsp panko bread crumbs
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
Directions
- Chop tofu into bite sized pieces (or any shape your prefer), and add to a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients (panko bread crumbs, smoked paprika, and nutritional yeast) and mix thoroughly until all of the tofu is fully coated.
- Add the tofu to the air fryer at 400F for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- These bites are smoky with a bit of crunch, but they aren’t super flavourful. Dip them into your favourite sauce, add them to a sandwich or salad, or serve with potatoes or a whole grain along with your favourite vegetables. They are also great warm or cold for a snack!
