Italian, Smoky Maple Mustard, Sweet Balsamic Sriracha
Brussels sprouts. They are not everyone’s favourite vegetable. I hated Brussels sprouts (and most vegetables) as a kid. (Check out my How to Eat More Vegetables & How to Go Plant-Based posts for more about that.) After eating a plant-based diet for a few years, I decided to try Brussels sprouts again. After some experimentation, I came to really enjoy Brussels sprouts…especially roasted ones! I love them plain, but my husband and son weren’t super keen on them. After experimenting with different spices and seasonings, I came up with three delicious flavours. I love all three flavours!
See below for my husband (Chris) and my son’s (Ryerden) opinions! Ryerden will eat all three flavours of sprouts; but definitely has two favourites that he gave two thumbs up and are kid-approved!
