Costco Haul and Grocery List (Plant-Based, Vegan)

We usually shop at Costco about once per month to stock up on grocery items and paper products. We were running out of many essential items; and since we’re in lockdown, Chris (my husband) ventured out to Costco solo. We thought it would be fun to share our grocery haul and shopping list.

  • Broccoli x 2
  • Riced Cauliflower
  • Three Berry Blend
  • Cherries
  • Mangoes


  • Spinach (or other greens)
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Apples
  • Clementines
  • Bananas x 2


  • Almond milk (unsweetened)
  • Brown rice/millet ramen x 2
  • Apple sauce (unsweetened)
  • Chia seeds
  • Natural peanut butter
  • Dried figs
  • Dates x 2
  • Pure vanilla extract
  • Hot sauce (Franks Red Hot)
  • Bread (Silver Hills)

Other items we typically purchase at Costco include:

  • other frozen vegetables (mixed vegetables, stir fry mix etc…)
  • other frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, pineapple etc…)
  • other dried fruit (raisins, mango)
  • nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts)
  • diced tomatoes
  • tomato paste
  • coffee (fresh ground & instant)
  • single-serve guacamole cups
  • tissues
  • toilet paper
