Berry Green Smoothie
- 3 cups spinach
- 2 cups kale
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 2 cups mixed frozen berries
- 3-5 cups water (depending on how thick you’d like your smoothie to be)
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Note: If using a regular blender, use ground flax seeds and allow frozen fruit to defrost for 10-15 minutes prior to blending.
