Several people requested another grocery haul post and video, so here it is! We were running out of many staples and decided it was time to go for a shop and film our haul. Most of this haul is whole food plant-based and most of the items are great for healthy weight loss. The whole haul is vegan, oil free, family-friendly and kid-approved!
