Tools and Cookbooks

We like to make our quinoa (and other whole grains and dried beans) in the Instant Pot. We love being able to “set it and forget it.” We use our Vitamix Blender for smoothies and sauces. The Vitamix can grind nuts and seeds, make creamy nice creams, and smooth sauces.

We also mentioned two of our favourite cookbooks – The How Not to Die Cookbook by Dr. Michael Greger (black bean burgers) and The PlantPure Nation Cookbook by Kim Campbell (raisin bread).

Recipes

We mentioned a few recipes in our video. Here are the links to printable recipes for your convenience:

We also have a previous Costco haul post and video if you’re interested in checking them out. We also mentioned our go-to vegan recipes post and video if you’d like to see some of our favourites.
