Tools and Cookbooks

We like to make our quinoa (and other whole grains and dried beans) in the Instant Pot. We love being able to “set it and forget it.” We use our Vitamix Blender for smoothies and sauces. The Vitamix can grind nuts and seeds, make creamy nice creams, and smooth sauces.

We also mentioned two of our favourite cookbooks – The How Not to Die Cookbook by Dr. Michael Greger (black bean burgers) and The PlantPure Nation Cookbook by Kim Campbell (raisin bread).

We mentioned a few recipes in our video. Here are the links to printable recipes for your convenience:

We also have a previous Costco haul post and video if you’re interested in checking them out. We also mentioned our go-to vegan recipes post and video if you’d like to see some of our favourites.

Thank you for checking out our Costco haul. We hope you enjoyed this post and found it helpful. What are your favourite items to purchase at Costco? Let us know of any items you like to buy there or if there are any oil free vegan products we should try!
