Healthy Vegan Costco Haul and Grocery List (Oil Free, Mostly Whole Food Plant-Based)

We usually shop at Costco about once per month. We like to stock up on pantry and freezer items and purchase some fresh produce as well. My husband Chris and I ventured out to Costco to stock up on some essentials, a few things we occasionally purchase, and a few items that are completely new to us!

Grocery List


  • Broccoli x 2
  • Riced Cauliflower
  • Three Berry Blend
  • Mangoes
  • Guacamole (we store them in the freezer)


  • Bananas x 2
  • Apples
  • Papaya
  • Spinach (or other greens)


  • Apple sauce (unsweetened)
  • Almond milk (unsweetened)
  • Natural peanut butter
  • Dried figs
  • Pretzel Crisps
  • Brown rice/millet ramen
  • Bread (Silver Hills)
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Tomato paste
