Healthy Plant-Based Grocery Haul – Whole Food Plant-Based Haul (Vegan, Oil Free)

Many people are participating in Veganuary, trying to eat more plant-based foods, and generally thinking about incorporating healthier habits into their lives at this time of year. We also haven’t posted a haul in a while and it is often highly requested, so we thought it would be a great time to share our first grocery haul post and video of 2022! Most of the foods in this haul are whole food plant-based, and everything is vegan and oil free. We also share our preferences for certain foods, tips, simple meal ideas, and recommended recipes.
